The information herein contained refers exclusively to the website of “Italdraghe Spa” and not to any other websites accessed by users by means of links and is based on Recommendation n°. 2/2001 adopted by the European Authorities for the Protection of Personal Details, united in the Institute Group by Article 29 of Directive n°. 95/46/CE, on 17th May 2001 with the aim of identifying a number of minimum requisites for the collection of personal details on-line, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information as to which the bodies responsible for data handling must inform users of when the latter connect to web pages, regardless of the motive for such connection. |

| With reference to the above referred to handling of personal details, the user enjoys the rights provided for by Article 7 of Legislative Decree n°. 196/2003, the full text of which is set out below: "..1. The interested party has the right to be informed as to the existence or otherwise of personal details regarding the interested party, even where these have not already been registered, and to receive a copy of the same in an intelligible form. 2. The interested party has the right to be informed as to: a) the origin of the personal details; b) the aims and methods of the handling of such details; c) the logic applied in cases where these details are processed with the aid of electronic means; d) the full identifying details of the responsible body, staff members and designated representative in accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 2; e) the individuals or categories of individuals to whom their personal details may be communicated or who may come into possession of the same in their role as designated state representatives, staff members or appointees. 3. The interested party has the right to: a) the up-dating, correction or, where so interested, supplementation of the details held; b) the cancellation, transformation in an anonymous form, or complete blocking of the details handled in violation of the law, including those whose conservation in relation to the aims for which the details were collected or successively handled, proves unnecessary; c) a declaration that those to whom the details have been communicated or diffused have been informed, also in terms of their content, as to the operations referred to in points a) and b), except in cases where this proves impossible or would demand the allocation of resources manifestly disproportionate to the right that would be safeguarded by such an action. 4.
